Write a function with autocomplete
MiniBench is a real code editor for Minecraft. It knows the commands, shows you each argument as you type, and flags mistakes on the spot — so you can write functions without memorizing syntax.
-
Start a function
Open a .mcfunction file (or make one in the functions folder) and tap into the editor. Inside a function file you write commands without the leading /. -
Type — autocomplete does the rest
Start typing a command like fill and MiniBench suggests matches. Once you pick one, the signature bar lays out every argument in order — here from_x, from_y, … right through to the block — and even shows how many overloads the command has. No more guessing what comes next. -
Finish the command
Fill in the coordinates and the block. As long as the command is well-formed, there's no error marker — a quiet "you're good." Syntax highlighting colors coordinates, blocks, and strings so mistakes stand out.
Faster still: snippets.
