Sumdrop: Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Sumdrop ("the App"), developed by iColasoft, you agree to these Terms of Service and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The App

Sumdrop is a number-pairing puzzle game. The full game, including every mode, Add numbers, undo, and the Daily Puzzle, is free to play and contains no advertising.

3. Purchases

• Hint packs are consumable in-app purchases that add hints to your balance. Purchased hints do not expire. Because they are consumable, the App Store does not restore them on a new device; the App keeps your balance in your iCloud account where available.
• Tips are voluntary consumable purchases that support development. They do not unlock any content or features.
• If we offer a subscription in the future (such as Sumdrop Plus), its price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and you can cancel at any time in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
• All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; see Request a refund for apps or content.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, artwork and text, is owned by iColasoft and protected by applicable laws. Sumdrop is an independent game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of any other number-matching game.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App or its purchases, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICOLASOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF GAME PROGRESS, STATISTICS, OR STREAKS.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
