MiniBench: Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MiniBench ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MiniBench is a mobile application for creating, editing, and exporting Minecraft Bedrock Edition function packs on iOS and iPadOS. The App provides a code editor for .mcfunction files, a manifest form editor, and .mcpack export functionality.

MiniBench is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or Minecraft.

NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

MiniBench is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases:

All purchases and billing are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never receive or store your payment details. Current prices are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase.

For the Pro subscription: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple Account settings at any time. Any unused portion of a free introductory period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Non-consumable icon-pack purchases are one-time and can be restored on your devices via "Restore Purchases."

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's policies; contact Apple Support to request a refund. If we change pricing or the set of paid features in a future version, those changes apply only to purchases made after the change.

4. Content Ownership

4.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using MiniBench, including but not limited to .mcfunction files, JSON files, and exported pack files (.mcpack).

4.2 App Content

The App, its code, design, and bundled assets (excluding your user-created content) are owned by iColasoft and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4.3 Minecraft Content

Minecraft, Bedrock Edition, and related trademarks are the property of Mojang Studios / Microsoft Corporation. Your use of content created with MiniBench within Minecraft is subject to Minecraft's End User License Agreement and usage guidelines.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not guarantee that packs created with MiniBench will be compatible with all versions of Minecraft Bedrock Edition, or that Minecraft will successfully import all exported files.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICOLASOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF CONTENT, OR INABILITY TO EXPORT PACKS.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
